Our founder Marco A. Rondon is a descendant of Peruvian and Nicaraguan parents. He was raised in both countries, which started his appreciation of multiple cultures. Marco has been in the restaurant buisness for over 19 years and has worked closely with several successful owners such as Michael De Monaco of Florentine Restauraunt and Julio Somoza of Los Rancheros Steak House. Marcos entrepreneurial drive and creativity has produced several restaurants including Andiamo Pizza, Los Ranchos Bar and Grill, Inca Gardens, and Taqueria California. His latest creation Andiamo Cafe, which brings the flair of Italian and Latin American foods under one roof. Marco's restaurants combine incredible food with a friendly atmosphere. When you taste the food, you will see why everyone is smiling.

The name Andiamo comes from the phrase "Andiamo Chicho" which means, lets go Amigo! Marco helped host a student exchange program for four years. When he was working with the kids from Italy, they would say that phrase to each other to get everyone moving to the next destination. Each time he hears Andiamo, it brings back fond memories of those happy and successful times. We are sure this cafe will continue that tradition. We look forward to serving you at Andiamo Cafe!
